This Privacy Policy describes how Marker Chatgrap ("we", "us", "our", "the platform"), operated from marker.chatgrap.uz, collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our services, including integrations with Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
1. Who we are
Marker Chatgrap is a SaaS platform that enables taxi park operators ("customers") to automate driver and customer communications through AI-assisted chatbots on Telegram, Instagram and other messaging platforms.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the services you use, we may collect:
- Account information: name, email, phone, Telegram ID, Instagram username provided by the customer when signing up or connecting an integration.
- Instagram Business data (when you connect your Instagram Business or Creator account): your Instagram user ID, username, profile picture, the content of direct messages sent to / from your account, comments on your posts, mentions, and metadata such as timestamps.
- Access tokens issued by Meta to allow API calls on your behalf. Tokens are stored encrypted and never shared.
- Conversation and message history generated through the platform, used to produce AI replies and analytics.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, log files (used for security and debugging).
3. How we use your information
- To operate and maintain the chatbot and Instagram integration services.
- To generate AI-assisted replies on behalf of the customer.
- To improve, troubleshoot and secure the platform.
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use Meta Platform data for profiling, advertising, or sale to third parties.
4. Data retention
Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Instagram conversation data is retained for up to 24 months, unless a shorter period is requested. Access tokens are deleted immediately when a user disconnects their Instagram account.
5. Sharing of information
We do not share personal data with third parties except:
- Service providers that host our infrastructure (database, file storage) under strict confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law.
- AI service providers (Google Gemini) used to generate replies. These providers do not retain message content for training when used through our service.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (see our Data Deletion page)
- Disconnect your Instagram integration at any time from the dashboard
7. Security
We use HTTPS, encrypted access tokens, access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data.
8. Children's privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
9. International transfers
Our servers are located in Uzbekistan. By using the service you consent to the transfer of your data to Uzbekistan.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
