User Data Deletion Instructions

Marker Chatgrap (marker.chatgrap.uz) respects your right to remove data we hold about you. This page explains how to request deletion.

Quickest way: disconnect your Instagram account from the dashboard and email us at ushoxrux09@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request". We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

1. What gets deleted

Your Instagram access token (deleted immediately upon disconnection)
All stored Instagram direct messages associated with your account
All stored Instagram comments and mentions
Content drafts, captions, scheduled posts you created on our platform
Webhook event logs referencing your Instagram account
Platform account data (profile, contact info, login credentials)

2. How to request deletion — self-service (preferred)

Log in to marker.chatgrap.uz/web
Open Instagram section → select your bot
Click "Uzish" (Disconnect)
Your access token is deleted immediately
To also remove stored messages and analytics, email us (see step below)

3. How to request deletion — by email

Send an email to ushoxrux09@gmail.com
Subject line: Data deletion request
Include: your Instagram username OR your Marker Chatgrap user email so we can identify your records
We will confirm receipt within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days

4. Deletion via Meta App Dashboard

If you revoke Marker Chatgrap's access to your Instagram account from Meta's settings (Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites → Active → Marker Chatgrap → Remove), we will receive a deauthorization callback and automatically mark your integration as revoked within 24 hours. Your stored messages will be deleted within 30 days.

5. Exceptions

We may retain minimal anonymised logs for security, legal compliance or fraud prevention, for up to 12 months. These records do not contain personal identifiers.
