By using Marker Chatgrap (marker.chatgrap.uz) you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

Marker Chatgrap provides chatbot automation, AI-assisted messaging, and integrations with third-party platforms including Telegram and Meta (Facebook / Instagram) for small business use, primarily taxi park operations.

2. User responsibilities

• Provide accurate registration and contact information.
• Keep account credentials secure.
• Use the service only for lawful business communications.
• Comply with Meta Platform Terms when using Instagram / Facebook integrations.

3. Prohibited use

• Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging
• Harassment, hate speech, illegal content
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or disrupt the service
• Circumventing rate limits or security measures

4. Fees and subscriptions

Pricing is listed in the dashboard. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. No refunds for partial months.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time via the dashboard.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific business outcomes.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 3 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
